Grassy Waters Preserve
We visited the Grassy Waters Preserve today. It was beautiful day with a nice overcast. We spent approximately three hours schlepping around both sides of the park. The south side’s trail is a board walk above the grassy water of the preserve and the north side’s trail are narrow trails through the dense indigenous terrain. I am really appreciating my new Tameron 28 – 300 MM lens because I do not have to switch lenses while schlepping around.

Okeeheelee Park
After a very long workweek that included facilitating a youth group this AM, we decided to unwind by taking some nature pictures. We visited the Okeeheelee Park to take some shots. It was a beautiful day; however, being that it was in the earlier PM, there not many critters out.
