Crackers are dogs that cooked on a hot grill until they crack, making them extra crispy! In NY, they call them rippers. What a great treat on a beautiful Sunday in Florida! I served them with a side of potato salad and garlic stuffed olives. The bun were coated with spicy mustard, sweet relish, and onions.
