Spider on our balcony

I observed this spider on our balcony this AM, munching on some type of a bug. He has the perfect home that is nestled between two support bars and the screen. The shots are a bit blurred because the spider is located on the other side of the screen.

I would love to know what kind of spider you have there? Spiders are amazing creatures.

This spider has built a new, bigger web that I will photograph tomorrow. He also has several bugs trapped in the we. The difficulty is shooting him from my screened balcony, as the screen distorts the pictures.

Since we work in the same field, but serve a different population, I understand the dynamics of the economic climate that we face. I am faced with a understaffed team that is majorly over worked. In fact, one of staff resigned from her position and is now working for your agency. She loves it!
