We biked to west side of Big Pine Key. It was hot, but the breeze made it bearable. The paths were mostly lime rock that made them bumpy and uneven. Some of the paths had small fallen pine trees, exposed roots, and overgrown palmetto heads (they cut you). Other paths were only approximately 36" wide. My legs and arms are pretty scratched up!
