Sounds good. It seems like almost anything comes out good in a crockpot.

The crock pot is excellent, but you have to watch the time or things fall apart! I remember when I tried baby back ribs! They were good and definitely were falling off of the bone!

Hey...deliciuos looking recipe! I love sweet potatoes too! I am gonna try this one for sure!!! Thanks for posting! I love crock pot stuff. I have a chicken recipe that is just dry roasted in the crock pot all day...just take a whole chicken, rinse it off and shake some Montreal Steak Seasoning inside and out. Put the bird in the crock pot as is...NO liquids...and cook on LOW all day. Your house will smell devine, and the chicken actually browns and gets crispy skin on top, and is fall off the bone moist and tender! I do it all the time, and then just make a sald or green beans to go with it. Give it a try...you'll like it!!!

Crock Pots are you friends! Sweet potatoes are very healthy. I use them frequently in dishes instead of regular potatoes.
